Sign in
There is no password to steal
Be Native never had a password field, so there is nothing to leak, reuse or phish. Signing in uses passkeys — the WebAuthn standard built into Apple platforms — or Sign in with Apple.
Passkeys are the FIDO2/WebAuthn standard, supported across Apple platforms.
Your key never leaves your device
The private key stays in your device's secure storage. Our server only ever holds the public half, which is useless to anyone who steals it.
Phishing does not work
A passkey is bound to benative.dev. A lookalike site cannot ask for it, because your device will not offer it to any other domain.
Nothing to remember, nothing to reset
Face ID or Touch ID and you are in, on iPhone, iPad and Mac. No password to invent, no reset email, no credential recycled from another site.
We never see a secret
Be Native does not store, transmit or verify any password, because none exists. Sign in with Apple is available too, with Hide My Email if you prefer.

Built to be used by everyone
Be Native publishes Apple's Accessibility Nutrition Labels on the App Store. They are not a promise on a marketing page: Apple shows them on the product page, and every feature declared there has to actually work.

- Voice Control Native controls throughout, so spoken commands work without special cases.

The full picture
The Mac app carries the same declarations — its label is filed and will be published when the app clears review on the Mac App Store. Audio descriptions are the one feature not supported on any platform. Accessibility is reviewed internally every release cycle, and findings are fixed before an update ships.

Privacy
Privacy you can check before you download
Apple publishes the privacy label on the Be Native product page, and every build ships a privacy manifest that Apple reads on submission. Those documents say what the app collects. This section says the same thing in plain language — and the shortest line matters most: there is no tracking.
The data Be Native declares on the App Store
- User IDLinked to youYour account identifier, so it exists only if you choose to create an account. It is what makes your progress, notes and subscription work on every device you sign in on. Never used for analytics or advertising.
- Email addressLinked to youOnly if you create an account, and only so the account is yours. With Sign in with Apple you can use Hide My Email, and then what we hold is Apple's relay address, not your real one.
- Device IDNot linked to youUsed for usage statistics. Declared as not linked, which means those records are not joined to your account or your name.
- Product interactionNot linked to youWhich features get opened, and how often, so we know what to improve next. Also declared as not linked to your identity.
What the app does not do
- No tracking. The privacy manifest inside the app declares tracking as false, and not one of the declared data types is collected for tracking.
- No App Tracking Transparency prompt. That system dialog asks permission to track you; Be Native has nothing to ask for, so it never appears.
- No advertising, and no advertising identifier.
- Nothing sold, and nothing shared with any company for advertising or profiling.
- No third-party analytics or advertising code inside the app.
- No account needed to read, watch and listen. The free catalogue works without giving us any personal data at all.
- No password to store or to leak: signing in uses passkeys or Sign in with Apple.
- Apple Intelligence features run on your device. Your question, the code on screen and the explanation never leave it.
- Subscriptions are handled by the App Store, so Be Native never sees your payment details.
- This website loads no third-party fonts, no analytics and no advertising: the typefaces are served from benative.dev, so your visit is not reported to anyone.
The full picture
Two of the declared data types are linked to your identity, and they appear only when you decide to create an account: an account needs an identifier and an email address, or it cannot restore your subscription or sync your notes. The other two are usage statistics, declared as not linked to your identity — we use Apple's own wording rather than calling them anonymous. Two companies take part in delivering the service: Axinom, in Germany, hosts and delivers the video, captions and transcripts, and Apple runs App Store subscriptions, sign-in and the security checks that protect playback. Neither is given your data for advertising.

What is Be Native?
Be Native is an app for iPhone, iPad and Mac that teaches Swift, SwiftUI and native development for Apple platforms. It includes free podcasts, videos and articles, plus subscription-based structured courses across five difficulty levels, from beginner to expert.
Is Be Native free?
You can start for free: all podcasts, videos and articles are free for everyone, and many courses include sample lessons. The structured training — guided learning paths, projects and source code — is what a subscription unlocks. You will find the available subscriptions inside the app.
Do I need prior experience?
No. You can start from scratch with the Swift from zero path, or jump straight into SwiftUI, UIKit or another framework if you already have a foundation. The five levels exist so every learner finds the right starting point.
Which devices does it support?
iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 18.4 and later, and Mac with the app available on the Mac App Store. One subscription covers all three with the same access level.
Is the lesson source code included?
Yes. All source code used in the training videos ships with the lesson and is free to use. You can follow along, copy it and practise directly in Xcode without writing everything from scratch.
Is the app available in English?
Yes. New training content ships with English and Spanish audio tracks, professional subtitles in both languages and full transcripts, and dual audio keeps expanding across the historical catalogue. Original podcasts are recorded in Spanish.
How does the AI work, and is it private?
Both the code explanations and semantic search run on your device through Apple Intelligence and the Foundation Models framework. Search uses a two-stage architecture — contextual embeddings followed by on-device reranking — entirely on the Neural Engine. Nothing is sent to an external server. It requires a device compatible with Apple Intelligence.
How often is content updated?
New content is published every week, aligned with the iOS release cycle and WWDC announcements. YouTube integration means live streams, video podcasts and masterclasses are available without leaving the app.
Be honest with yourself for a second
Be Native does not promise shortcuts. Our content is 25% of the journey; the other 75% is you writing code, practicing and learning from your own mistakes. If you want shortcuts, this is not your app. If you want solid foundations and constant evolution, it is.
